No deliveries to PO Boxes.

Once an order has been dispatched and handed to the courier:
Delivery is subject to the courier’s operational capacity.
Delivery is deemed complete once marked as delivered by the courier.
10. FAILED OR MISSED DELIVERIES
If delivery fails due to:
Incorrect address details provided by the customer
Customer unavailability
Any re-delivery or additional courier costs will be for the customer’s account.
11. RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
11.1 Disposable Vape Products
Due to hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons:
Disposable vapes are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Opened disposables
Unopened disposables
Used or unused disposables
No refunds will be issued for:
Change of mind
Incorrect flavour or nicotine strength
Preference or dissatisfaction
11.2 Faulty Disposable Vapes (Limited Exception)
A replacement (not a refund) may be considered only if:
The device is dead on arrival (DOA)
The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
Clear photo or video evidence is provided
The device has not been used or tampered with
We reserve the right to decline claims that do not meet these conditions.
11.3 Non-Disposable Products

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery
Items must be unused and in original packaging
Returns require prior approval
Return shipping costs are for the customer’s account unless the item is confirmed faulty.
11.4 Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable
Approved refunds apply to product value only
Return shipping costs are excluded from refunds
11.5 Refund Processing
Approved refunds (where applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
